The Company
Tradelite Finance Corp. registered in file #478913 since March 13, 2005 in the Public Registry of Panama is an offshore investment company operating since 2005, when it was first established as a private company by two former JPMorgan derivatives traders. The decision to expand the operations online was taken during the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders in June 2007 which became reality only a few months later.

Investments and Markets
Our specialty is Intraday Trading on the Derivatives and the Foreign Exchange markets which account for more than 50% of the trades. We also often trade in FRAs and SWAPs for speculation on interest rates fluctuations. Another portion of the assets is allocated to high-quality Initial Public Offerings of companies with strong business momentum and short-term capital appreciation potential.

Our Strategy
All assets are managed by professional traders, with a lot of experience in these markets. For your information, we have uploaded a sample of our trading records (available inside your Tradelite account). Moreover, during the years we have developed our own professional trading platform in which we have incorporated an advanced "Value-At-Risk" trading strategy to ensure that at any given moment, no more than 5% of your investment is exposed to market risk.

Why Panama
The Government of Panama does not tax income produced from sources outside the country. Other factors have also played a part, including the absence of any currency restrictions, the free international movement of capital and convenient taxation law focused on the offshore businesses. Long recognized as a commercial hub, Panama has developed into a banking and foreign exchange center.

Dear Team members.

I am not supposed to write this now as I have clear instructions from my doctor (and wife) not to turn on a computer for a while.
I went literally down in health to a point able to kill a person. This is not by my purpose not to inform any, what I will if able to and always did. But my life is more important than the surf. Guess I'm just a human after all.
Things went wrong already start month when Liberty went down for a week, to a point scaring both me and my wife..I know I told things ok, but truth was different. And as I am I go on with things. Then catastrophes kept coming none stop. Hacker attacks, ddos attacks, on us and obviously all over. But more happened than what I told you, to spare you for same frustrations I have been through.
It's correct what you know so far, but more is that we had several hacker attacks on our server this month putting on files on the server so hacker was able to run fake API payments and empty out our LR account several times. Host can confirm this as I have tickets in the system for this attacks, and also able to show the hackers payment from LR balance. LR also been informed, but as always, no response at all.

Now at this point I still hope to recover but can not say how and when. So far a good friend of me handled the surf holiday by my instructions. But he is not able to make further as he don't know how to handle the manual jobs. Also the server is not setup and will not before I'm back. If things not better very soon, I will have to close down the site, then pay back invested from last upgraded and backwards. Better solutions are appreciated if you have any. But please excuse me that I don't reply you for a while. Also please speak together as team and try figure how much members can be told and what so you send the same information all over…

BACK ON TRACK

Finally I can get the news out that Liberty Payments almost DONE and therefore we are almost back to normal level with payout within 24 hours. Liberty reserve was down for upgrading in 7 days, and still we kept the level on only 3.5-4 days behind and never even had to touch on our bank investments, of which by itself could cover up all the days behind easily.

So note that by good planning and awful lot of work we have done what many will find impossible. So let me make it clear. 14DHS is here to stay and nothing could have been better than that. April turned out to be an excellent month with a growth close to 300%. This month, even with the LR downtime, the growth has maintained itself on the same level.

A fast update on Liberty Reserve is that the server has been online for some time, but since they came back the API function made trouble doing the mass payments quickly. What normal takes only 15 minutes, took more than an hour because of slow loading and many errors. Also the function running to calculate the upgrades and create payments was running a full hour before all are ready to pay out. Therefore! Do not expect payment done in an hour. That time has passed. But expect 2-4 hours total a day the next month.

LR downtime has also affected paypro, as they have been increasing the upgrade level by more than 10% a day none stop. When we before had a split on 20/80% its now very close to 50/50% in the amount of upgrades.

All are still waiting for the debit card. We will not publicize anything yet as we are still testing on some solutions. When its clear which one to use, the setup will be fast and fees and prices will be sent out.

FIND A NAME

Next big project has already started is our pay processor. The script was already ordered and investigation for a company and bank solution is undergoing. Exactly how long time the process will take is difficult to say exactly, as it requires us to find correct location, company registration, bank registrations and paperwork. The plan is to find a location and bank so we won't get into trouble with laws and regulations. A full proof offshore solution.

I am in a kind of rush, as the programmer needs the layout to continue with the program. I will therefore make a lightning fast competition to find the right name for it. Send me your suggestions of the perfect name for our processor, and I will honor the winning name I choose with $100 in cash upgraded. SERVER UPGRADE

We did an upgrade on our server last week. Lately the server has been offline for 2-5 hours one time a week, and they were all caused by the firewall. It was simply not stable enough and locked the net connection from time to time. Therefore we spent a lot of money for the best solution. We managed to find a $550 firewall a month solution which is able to secure our site for even the biggest attacks. The configuration was a long going process and fine adjustment was needed. Also why some few upgrades not show up in the member account, as the firewall filters the traffic off if too many upgrades are being made on the same time. But that's just a matter of final adjustment.
